Longreach Aviation China is dedicated to the provision of quality employment opportunities to pilots specifically in mainland China and to improving working conditions for professional contract personnel. We are not a company that just takes - we give something back to the crew members that make up our industry.

Since Longreach started business there have been huge changes in the contract pilot market - almost all of them instigated by us. Prior to Longreach Aviation, crewing agencies did not offer Loss of Licence insurance, or Life Insurance, or health insurance, as a standard package. We offered an improved service with improved conditions and now that has become the norm for crew agency's certainly in the Asian region. Indeed, ask yourself, 'where were monthly retention bonuses, or medical insurance, or loss of licence insurance, two years ago?'

This is only the start as we continue to expand our services worldwide, and we will continue to update our package of benefits to ultimately provide the best contract environment for our pilots. We listen to all of our pilots, and although we can't solve every problem, or provide every benefit you want, we will do our best to ensure the best conditions in your work environment.
